Client and website terms

Terms of Service

These pages are written for the current Blockchain WebShield Investigators project and use [email protected] as the interim contact address. They are professional website terms and notices, not a substitute for independent legal advice.

Scope of the Service

Blockchain WebShield Investigators provides a professional case-support website for crypto-theft, online fraud, lost-money, and scam-related case organization. The platform may present client case details, reported losses, traced assets, recovery-stage notes, document summaries, withdrawal-review options, and educational anti-scam content. The service is not a bank, exchange, broker-dealer, custodian, law-enforcement agency, court, financial adviser, or guaranteed recovery provider.

Client Portal Use

Clients are responsible for keeping account access secure and for reviewing any case information carefully. The protected portal is designed for case visibility and structured communication. Clients must not upload unlawful material, false evidence, private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or information they are not authorized to share.

No Guaranteed Outcome

Recovery outcomes depend on facts, transaction movement, wallet control, exchange cooperation, evidence quality, jurisdictional issues, legal process, and third-party response. No statement on the website should be interpreted as a promise that funds will be recovered, that a withdrawal will be approved, or that a third party will cooperate.

Manual Sales and Digital Products

Any PDF manual, educational resource, or paid product shown on the website is sold through a controlled manual workflow unless a dedicated payment system is later added. The Online Scam Defense Field Manual is educational. It does not provide legal advice, financial advice, criminal instructions, or a recovery guarantee.

Acceptable Conduct

Users may not use the website to threaten, impersonate, launder funds, conceal criminal activity, harass others, submit fraudulent claims, or attempt unauthorized access to the portal, admin area, infrastructure, database, or other users’ case records.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blockchain WebShield Investigators is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or speculative damages, including alleged lost profits, market losses, crypto volatility, failed third-party cooperation, or unsuccessful recovery outcomes.
